• AA is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic reading and math instructional strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate assessment and deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction in reading following intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based intervention programs with fidelity.
• Collect and record progress monitoring data and assist in evaluating student growth.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Program Manager and classroom teachers to support student learning.
• Prepare materials and resources for intervention sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in training related to intervention strategies and progress monitoring tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
