Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Readiness Data Manager to support HQ AETC A3/6 training programs. You will help plan, program, and budget readiness analyses, develop competency-based training, and coordinate curriculum development and IMI delivery for USAF and geographic commands.

The role requires two years of military admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and an Active Secret clearance. You will manage courseware libraries, track surveys, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver effective

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of military administrative experience.
• Proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
• Ability to work individually and within/across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage AETC/A3X content libraries and databases with standardization.
• Perform project management actions and assist in distance learning course administration.
• Ensure standardization of course development processes; serve as contact for RAT courses on USAF LMS.
• Act as point of contact for end of course surveys and present results.
• Collaborate with team and external SMEs to develop RAT, Security Cooperation education, and training curricula for IMI.
