Agincare Group is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in Bexley and surrounding areas. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and complex support requirements, helping them achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maintain meaningful connections within their community.

You will provide outreach support to individuals within their own homes and local community.
We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
Full UK Drivers Licence
