Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for full-time air-ambulance operations. The role requires current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, medical certificate, and extensive flight hours to ensure safe patient transport and rapid response.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FAR/REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range:$119,825 -$131,807 including 35% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 5K SPIFR Stipend
