Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot for full-time REACH operations in the United States. The role demands extensive rotorcraft experience and current FAA pilot credentials.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate is required.
• Total flight hours of 2,000; helicopter hours of 2,000; PIC hours 1,000; turbine hours 1,000.
• Minimum 100 instrument flight hours; 200 night helicopter hours.
• Weight limit of 230 pounds with flight gear.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per FAR/REACH requirements and cleanliness.
• Maintain REACH regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successors following recording protocols for A REACH change board.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $119,825 - $131,807 including 35% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 5K SPIFR Stipend
• 12K Area Float Pilot Stipend

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
