The role requires a current Florida Notary Public commission, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch activities for re-pipe work.

• Pull and file permits required for assigned work.
• Track permit-related tasks and ensure permits are filed on time.
• Perform notary duties required by the role.
• Participate in the required on-call schedule.
• Keep assigned work organized and up to date.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
