Job summary

Lifeline Connections is seeking a Re-entry Program Coordinator to support individuals transitioning from custody back into the community. You will collaborate with the Program Director, agencies, and community partners to coordinate referrals, budgets, and funding for participants.

The role emphasizes compliance with Washington state regulations, data integrity, and coordinated service delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant coursework for credentialing.
• At least one year of experience with adults or youths facing co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.
• Familiarity with Washington state mental health and substance use regulations (RCW 71.05; WAC 246-341).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program administrators and the Department of Corrections to arrange referrals and transition plans.
• Develop and monitor participant budgets and access supporting funding while ensuring program requirements.
• Maintain clinical files in compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies.
