The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of PM experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with re-entry populations or criminal justice systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with re-entry populations or the criminal justice system.
• Preferred: PM certification (PMP/CAPM).
• Knowledge of community resources and social service networks.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage re-entry projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support services.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and gather feedback.
• Analyze project data and outcomes to assess effectiveness and propose improvements.
