Job summary

Via Care Community Health Center is seeking a Program Manager for the Justice Care and Opportunities Department in Los Angeles. You will oversee daily operations, supervise care managers, and ensure participant-centered services across behavioral health, housing, employment, and social supports.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, partnership development, contract compliance, and quality improvement to reduce recidivism and improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervision or program oversight experience in care management, reentry services, or related human services.
• Experience with justice-involved individuals, homelessness, behavioral health, or substance use disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of case management, trauma-informed care, and community-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Community Health Workers and program staff to ensure high-quality, participant-centered service delivery.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development related to program requirements and reentry support.
• Review staff performance and conduct supervision meetings, case conferences, and evaluations.
