Job summary

Centurion Health at Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green, Missouri seeks a Re-entry Admin to assist vulnerable patients in locating and planning access to healthcare services upon release from the correctional setting. You will help patients navigate the system and coordinate resources during the day shift.

Responsibilities include answering questions about post-release healthcare and supporting program operations for a full-time role at the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services or related field.
• 1–2 years providing case management or similar service to vulnerable populations required.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge preferred.
• Prior experience in correctional healthcare, criminal justice, or forensics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in locating and planning access to healthcare services post-release.
• Address questions or concerns about navigating the healthcare system after release.
• Support program operations during the full-time day shift.
