Qualifications

• Minimum of one–two years providing case management or similar service to vulnerable populations.
• Background check and agency security clearance required where applicable.
• Current tuberculosis documentation and CPR certification required.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Re-entry Admin to join our Northeast Correctional Center located in Bowling Green, Missouri.The Re-entry Admin assists vulnerable patients in locating and planning access to various healthcare-related services and resources within their community upon release from the correctional setting.
