Subaru of America is seeking a senior-level RDC Operations Leader to manage the regional distribution center’s shipping, receiving, and inventory controls. You will drive the annual business plan, oversee budgeting, and partner with vendors and retailers to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma required, plus equivalent experience.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting and project/facility management experience.
• Experience managing personnel and leading teams; excellent communication is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS/RF); Manhattan WMS desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure RDC operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Provide strategic oversight for inventory control and lean warehousing initiatives.
• Manage budget and drive continuous improvement across RDC operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, retailers, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
