Subaru of America is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to support the RDC Warehouse Manager with daily planning and rotate across outbound, inbound, and returns. You will coach peers and ensure on‑time deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work weekends as needed. The base salary ranges from $47,000 to $68,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to operate RF devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates strong communication, leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Warehouse Associates and warehouse activities.
• Trains Warehouse Associates and ensures compliance with quality and RDC procedures.
• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in developing workload and resource plans.
• Work with leadership to achieve daily objectives and timelines.
• Relays direction and assigns daily work to Associates.
• Investigate discrepancies and support safety/HazMat compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in payroll timekeeping and daily attendance.
