Subaru is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a Portland, Oregon facility. You will drive a scalable logistics strategy, mentor staff, and push continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include KPI-driven performance, budget oversight, security, and maintaining strong collaboration with the RDC Manager to achieve strategic objectives. This role reports to Human Resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Experience in a distribution environment and leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate warehouse team to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Plan workflow, staffing, space, and equipment layouts.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Manage budget and drive cost-effective operations.
• Oversee security, maintenance, and facilities coordination.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.
• Collaborate with Regional Distribution Center on objectives.
