Job summary

American Tire Distributors Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Regional Distribution Center to oversee receiving, staging, and distribution of tires, wheels, and accessories. You will lead Area Managers, drive inventory accuracy, and optimize scheduling to reduce freight exposure.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, including 2–3 years in supervision. You will partner with supervisors and admin to meet daily goals, uphold safety policies, and

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, including 2–3 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers to ensure accurate inventory and on-time deliveries.
• Plan and execute warehousing activities to meet daily goals.
• Improve productivity and service levels for internal and external customers.
• Maintain inventory integrity with <2% variance; supervise safety protocols.
• Oversee facility upkeep, equipment, and ERP/QMS systems.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training; manage performance.
