Responsibilities

• Coordinate Warehouse Associates and activities.
• Train Associates and ensure compliance with RDC processes.
• Assist Operations Manager to improve methods and implement updates.
• Ensure daily objectives are met and timelines tracked.
• Rotate lead role across outbound, inbound, returns.
• Partner with RDC leadership to meet daily goals.
• Assign workload and monitor performance daily.
• Investigate discrepancies and packaging issues.
• Maintain safety and HazMat compliance.
• Overtime including weekends as needed.
