Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or logistics required.
• 6+ years in operations or logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience leading planning, scheduling, and forecasting functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain labor and capacity plans to meet forecasts.
• Lead inbound/outbound scheduling to balance workload across shifts.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement to optimize throughput.
• Align staffing with operations needs to minimize overtime and underutilization.
• Analyze trends and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with transportation to manage dock capacity and trailer scheduling.
• Provide regular reporting on labor, capacity utilization, and service metrics.
• Coach and develop planning team members for accuracy and growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
