Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an RDC Operations Supervisor to lead a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. You will drive data-driven decisions, mentor associates, and ensure efficient inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining OSHA standards and Lean practices. This role requires 2–3 years supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years in distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and accuracy improvement techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to walk floors and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee inventory integrity and cycle counting; partner with Inventory leadership.
• Drive process improvement events and quantify financial gains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flow and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, coaching, and development.
• Allocate resources to optimize equipment, facilities, and staffing.
• Demonstrate company values and drive continuous improvement.
