Ashley Furniture Industries seeks a Training Specialist to lead RDC onboarding and development for warehouse associates and supervisors. You will design, update, and deliver training across classrooms, online platforms, and the production floor, using multimedia tools to engage diverse learners.

The role requires strong presentation skills, organizational ability, and a customer-service mindset, with flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years in training delivery, adult education, or instructional roles.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS/e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RDC functional onboarding and professional development offerings for associates and supervisors.
• Maintain onboarding program materials in partnership with HR Talent Development-Learning, safety, and design teams.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
• Review and update training materials for accuracy and current processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training content and refresh existing materials.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance requirements and best practices.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction across classrooms, online platforms, and production floors.
• Utilize multimedia resources and hands-on demonstrations to engage learners.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to learners as needed.
• Manage classroom logistics, attendance, and scheduling across shifts.
• Track training completion, assessment scores, and learner feedback.
