Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an RFC Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. You will mentor supervisors, drive safety with OSHA compliance, and manage budgets and KPI performance in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution managing a fleet, delivery contractors, 3PL experience.
• Company-issued industrial vehicle license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen process improvement methodology.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Action oriented - dedicated to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor real-time operational performance and adjust staffing/workflows to meet volume fluctuations.
• Ensure on-time fulfillment of retail store replenishment orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to optimize loading schedules and carrier utilization.
