Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive distribution/warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Direct all distribution center activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety-first culture.
