Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an RFC Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. You will drive safety, inventory integrity, and process improvements while mentoring Associates to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities include safeguarding OSHA compliance, training, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end operations. Experience in warehouse settings and lean methods is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage inventory integrity and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and flow standards.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Balance staffing levels to meet operational demands and maintain productivity.
