Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking an RFC Operations Manager to direct daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to satisfy customer delivery commitments. You will mentor Supervisors, drive KPI performance, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced distribution center.

This role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma process improvement, cost control, and collaboration with transportation teams to optimize loads and contractor utilization in a large and dynamic retail fulfillment

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution managing a fleet, delivery contractors, 3PL experience.
• Company-issued industrial vehicle license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen Process Improvement methodology.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Action oriented and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing/workflows to meet volume fluctuations.
• Ensure on-time fulfillment of store replenishment orders and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to optimize loading schedules and carrier utilization.
• Lead and develop Operations Supervisors for KPI achievement and safety.
• Drive safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
