Job summary

Gateway Modern Dentistry is hiring Registered Dental Assistants to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will participate in the Perfect Patient Experience, educate patients, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinical area.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, taking x-rays, processing intra-oral images, and ensuring strict infection control and OSHA compliance. Prior dental assisting experience is valued and state requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and state-mandated training.
• State-required certifications/licenses/registrations.
• Associate degree or certificate from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take and/or assist with x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
