Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a process/yield analytics professional in Boise, Idaho to tackle defect reduction and yield improvements across DRAM roadmap initiatives.

The role involves applying device physics, DOE, SPC, and semiconductor metrology to identify root causes and drive data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with process integration, development, data science, and yield teams, using JMP and Python to present findings.

Qualifications

• Must have mastery of device physics and DOE methods.
• Experience with SPC in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with metrology tools: SEM, X-ray, optical inspection systems.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process challenges using defect data and equipment signals to identify root causes and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across process integration, development, data science, and yield analysis.
• Define die loss paretos and design experiments to resolve yield limitations.
• Monitor inline yield health and escalate issues as needed.
