Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to develop, maintain and optimize DRAM process modules. You will design experiments, analyze inline and defect data, and collaborate with Design, Yield, and Manufacturing teams to meet product specs and reduce cost.

You will document R&D activity for transfer to manufacturing, apply JMP/Minitab for data analysis, and drive cross-module troubleshooting to improve yield and reliability.

Qualifications

• DRAM process flows, integration steps, and yield optimization strategies.
• JMP, Minitab, or similar tools for process characterization and troubleshooting.
• Failure analysis for yield and quality improvement.
• Statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES): SWR, GCP, QDR, and Klarity software.
• CrossModule Troubleshooting across lithography, etch, CMP, and DRAM modules.
• Technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve one or more process modules with design rules and specs.
• Optimize flows and execute DoE; analyze results and feed back to product teams.
• Extract, monitor, and react to inline data, defect data, and probe data to fix yields.
• Collaborate across Design, Product, Modeling, Yield, and Quality teams.
• Document R&D activities for transfer to Manufacturing.
