Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced RDA Engineer Advanced DRAM to lead defect analysis and process improvements across DRAM technologies, including HBM. You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze complex defect data, and drive yield enhancements while applying DOE/DOE methodologies and data science tools.

The role requires a strong background in device physics, SPC, SEM, X-ray metrology, and Python scripting, with a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in a related engineering/physics field.
• Experience with defect detection and yield analysis is essential.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defect data and equipment signals to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across process integration, development, data science and yield analysis.
• Deliver solutions with global impact on DRAM roadmap including HBM and advanced DRAM technologies.
