Overview

The RCS Operator serves as a vital part of the Switchboard team, providing exceptional customer service by answering and routing calls, assisting patients, staff, physicians, and external facilities, and ensuring timely communication across the organization. This role is responsible for accurately managing call requests, paging activities, on-call inquiries, and emergency communications while maintaining a professional and compassionate experience for every caller. Duties include handling patient-related calls, utilizing on-call resources, archiving pages, supporting code line activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.
