Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate to resolve written patient inquiries and internal account requests, with backup call coverage as needed. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in support of organizational goals.

• Coordinate phone coverage with WFM and Team Leads based on operational need.
