Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to deliver customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services from a remote schedule. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm, supporting scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling, cashiering, and release of information.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year hospital Revenue Cycle experience and strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Opportunity for remote schedule. Full-Time Mon-Fri from 8:30a-5p. This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.
