Candidates should have at least one year in hospital revenue cycle; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team and take initiative.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or physician Revenue Cycle preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Registration duties for patients and safeguarding accuracy of information.
• Insurance verification and data entry to ensure proper billing.
• Release of information in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Adherence to productivity, quality, and service standards to support operations.

This position is responsible for the delivery of customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, registration, insurance verification, and release of information. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.
