Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Customer Service Associate to deliver patient-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. This role supports scheduling, registration, and financial clearance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will verify insurance, obtain prior authorization, and provide financial counseling and information, while maintaining high standards of service, teamwork, and communication.

Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.

Overview

Full-Time Mon-Fri from 8a-4:30p This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
