Job summary

BMCHS in Boston seeks a Revenue Cycle Management Transformation Senior Manager who will lead RCM transformation workstreams across coding, charge capture, hospital and professional billing, cash posting, denials, and AR follow‑up to ensure credible, sustainable designs.

You will partner with Finance and external consultants, build financial models, assess outsourcing/automation options (including AI and RPA), and drive change management to achieve cost-to-collect reductions and net revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, or healthcare-focused strategy.
• MBA/MHA or related advanced degree preferred.
• CRCR/CHFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RCM subject-matter expert across coding, billing, denials, and AR follow-up.
• Design future operating model and co-design workflows with stakeholders.
• Lead transformation workstreams from diagnostics to go-live.
• Build and maintain financial models measuring cost-to-collect and net revenue impact.
• Evaluate outsourcing, managed services, and AI/RPA options.
• Drive change management and align stakeholders across RCM and Finance.
• Report progress and risk to leadership.
