Job summary

American Dental Companies seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to drive strategic, technology-enabled transformation across a multi-state network. You will design and deploy a scalable RCM operating model, optimize cash collection, and lead automation, AI, and analytics initiatives.

Candidate will oversee internal staff and third-party partners, improve KPIs, and report directly to executive leadership. Hybrid remote options and travel to practice locations are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with 3+ years in leadership or governance.
• Proven track record transforming RCM functions with scalable models.
• Experience managing third-party/offshore BPO partners and analytics/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide RCM transformation and operating model design.
• Drive KPI improvements across collections, denial rates, DSO and bad debt.
• Oversee vendor governance and SLAs for internal and external partners.
• Lead AI, automation, and BI initiatives to improve cash velocity.
• Collaborate with field operations and practice leadership for integration.
• Develop executive reporting on revenue health and growth.
