The role partners with Finance and external consultants to design future-state operating models, build financial models, evaluate vendors and technology, and drive change management in a fast-paced healthcare transformation program.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of back- and middle-office RCM functions and how they interact to drive cost to collect and net revenue.
• Ability to partner with external consulting teams and translate frameworks into operational designs.
• Ability to build and interpret financial models and track benefit realization against targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RCM subject-matter expert on transformation workstreams and validate current-state findings.
• Benchmark cost-to-collect and net revenue yield against standards with stakeholders and consultants.
• Lead RCM transformation workstreams from diagnostics through go-live without direct supervisory authority.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate workstream impact and cost-to-collect reduction.
• Evaluate outsourcing, managed-services, and technology options (including AI/RPA) for RCM functions.
• Lead change management and align stakeholders across RCM operations and Finance.
