BMCHS is seeking an RCM Transformation Manager to advance the Revenue Cycle Management transformation program. You will provide analytical and coordination support across front, middle, and back-office functions, driving process improvement and cost-to-collect targets.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, you will build internal analytical capacity and deliver current- and future-state designs with cross-functional teams, including coding, billing, cash posting, and AR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field and 5+ years in revenue cycle.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support current-state RCM diagnostics and analyze data.
• Document current workflows and assist design of future-state processes.
• Execute assigned workstreams, data pulls, and stakeholder interviews.
• Maintain financial models and benefit-tracking schedules.
• Support evaluation of managed-services, outsourcing, and automation/AI options.
• Coordinate stakeholder sessions and prepare leadership materials.
