Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced RCM Supervisor II to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle activities across office support teams, including insurance verification, billing, collections, and AR management.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, KPI reporting, process improvement, and compliance, with remote work options and the goal of optimizing net collection rates and reducing days in AR.

Qualifications

• Dental office revenue cycle experience including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, billing, and AR functions.
• CPR: CPC or CRCP credentials preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, data entry and 10-key by touch, plus advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end site-specific revenue cycle teams and ensure performance meets standards.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new-hires within pod workflows.
• Provide ongoing training on billing, coding, payer requirements and best practices.
• Conduct bi-weekly huddles to review metrics and implement initiatives across roles.
• Identify gaps in communication and improve accountability within the pod.
• Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports with feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on RCM KPIs to leadership.
• Develop procedures for following up on outstanding claims and payment collection.
