Job summary

A healthcare technology firm is seeking a Director of RCM Analytics & Client Success to oversee client revenue cycle performance and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage client setups, monitor analytics, and optimize systems to improve performance across multiple sites. This role requires 7+ years of revenue cycle operation experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or healthcare analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of claims management, denials, authorizations, and AR aging.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into operational action.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workflows and system configurations are aligned before and after go-live.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action when necessary.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks for operational reporting.
