Job summary

Inovalon is seeking an Implementation Advocate to partner with healthcare provider clients, optimize our products, and guide configurations for revenue cycle management workflows. This IC role emphasizes client-facing, solution-oriented work in a growing team.

The role requires 2+ years in software implementation/support in high-volume settings, familiarity with HIPAA/EDI, and experience with SaaS platforms across Windows and Linux. Travel is <5% locally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years implementing or supporting software in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with healthcare IT and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Familiarity with HIPAA transaction code sets and EDI standards (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271).
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cross-OS environments (Windows, Linux).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding from intake to go-live with a consultative approach.
• Document client requirements and configure applications for provider workflows (RCM focus).
• Set and manage project timelines and expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues with analytical approach and follow procedures.
• Provide product feedback and identify expansion opportunities to internal teams.
