Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Management to lead a high-performing group responsible for client accounts and reimbursement outcomes. You will coach staff, manage performance, and drive process improvements across the revenue cycle in a healthcare setting.

The role requires strong analytics, payer knowledge, and stakeholder management to optimize cash flow and minimize denials while delivering measurable client impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the HME/DME industry with RCM knowledge.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes.
• Experience leading a team and developing employees.
• Ability to analyze data and identify reimbursement trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals with accountability for performance.
• Own outcomes for an assigned portfolio of client accounts and improve reimbursement results.
• Analyze performance metrics, denial trends, payer behaviors, and operational data to drive root-cause actions.
• Monitor productivity, quality, service levels, and account health metrics.
• Partner with leaders across Revenue Cycle Management to improve processes and align workflows.
• Guide team members in developing analytical skills and drive improved client results.
• Lead initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce barriers, and support organizational goals.
• Support transitions, onboarding, and account management to ensure service continuity.
• Communicate performance, risks, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and company policies.
