Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Management to guide a high-performing group of revenue cycle professionals. You will own client outcomes, analyze payer trends, reduce denials, and drive improved financial performance for healthcare providers.

You will partner with leaders across Revenue Cycle Management, coach team members, and lead cross-functional initiatives to close process gaps and enhance workflow. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HME/DME revenue cycle management industry.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement processes.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle management, accounts receivable, denials, appeals, and reimbursement workflows.
• Previous people leadership or team coaching experience with demonstrated ability to motivate employees.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, and reporting to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals.
• Own outcomes for an assigned portfolio of client accounts and improve reimbursement results.
• Analyze performance metrics, denial trends, payer behaviors, and operational data to identify root causes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, inventory, service levels, and account health metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate process gaps and strengthen revenue cycle performance.
• Guide team members in developing analytical skills and operational expertise.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and client results.
• Support account transitions, onboarding, workload balancing, and ongoing account management.
• Communicate performance, risks, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
