Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Revenue Cycle Management departments and staff.
• Develop and document procedures to improve workflow efficiency and reimbursement.
• Oversee hiring: interview candidates, set performance expectations, update job descriptions.
• Coach, counsel, motivate, and evaluate employees; apply disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain ethical, non-discriminatory, safe work environment and clear communication channels.
• Monitor operations, identify problems, and implement changes as appropriate.
• Set long- and short-term department goals and track progress.
• Create efficiencies and streamline department processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports with department metrics.
• Promote a positive work environment and collaborate with teams across the company.
• Analyze data to identify issues and coordinate with other departments to implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security policies and regulatory guidelines.
