Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Reimbursement Manager to provide strategic leadership over reimbursement, billing, collections, and denial management across the revenue cycle. You will partner with Operations, Clinical Services, Sales, and Finance to drive performance, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliant, efficient processes while enhancing patient and customer experience.

Lead teams and vendors, develop KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements using Excel and Power BI

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of payor rules, ICD/CPT/HCPCS, and denials management.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle strategies to improve reimbursement performance and cash collection.
• Manage billing, collections, denials, and patient financial interactions.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical services, sales, and finance.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with policies.
