Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners is seeking a Manager – RCM Systems Administration to lead the functional administration, optimization, and support of our revenue cycle technology environment. This hands-on role will span Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Operations, IT, Coding, Compliance, and technology partners as the organization grows.

The Manager will oversee NexTech, MedEvolve, and White Plume AI-assisted coding, ensuring proper configuration, standardized workflows, and accurate master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Information Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle, practice-management system, or related healthcare technology experience.
• Experience with RCM systems, fee schedules, and master-data configuration.
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional RCM administrator for NexTech and assigned revenue cycle applications.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize RCM system functionality.
• Maintain configuration supporting physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers, including entities, locations, providers, payers, plans, departments, work queues, edits, rules, and other RCM master data.
• Coordinate system changes, testing, validation, release management, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot revenue cycle system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective action.
• Maintain configuration documentation and change-control records.
