Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, or related field
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or related field
• 3-5 years leading automation projects or cross-functional implementations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, payer processes, and regulatory considerations
• Experience implementing automation technologies in complex healthcare environments
• Ability to collaborate with operational, technical, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identifies automation opportunities across the revenue cycle (patient access, coding, billing, claims, posting, denials, collections, reporting)
• Manages automation project plans, timelines, deliverables, and implementation activities
• Partners with stakeholders to prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact
• Tracks milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure project delivery
• Leads end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows
• Supports change management activities and user adoption for automation implementations
• Ensures automation solutions align with compliance and security standards
• Coordinates with IT, analytics, and vendors for solution design, testing, and deployment
