Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners seeks a Manager of RCM Systems Administration to lead the functional administration, optimization, and support of our revenue cycle technology environment. This is a highly visible role working across Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Operations, IT, Coding, Compliance, and technology partners.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare revenue cycle knowledge with hands-on systems expertise to standardize, automate, and data-drive our RCM platform strategy across NexTech,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Information Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, practice-management system, or related healthcare technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business/operational requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional RCM administrator for NexTech and assigned revenue cycle applications.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize RCM system functionality.
• Maintain configuration supporting physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers and master data.
• Design, configure, and optimize RCM workflows, work queues, routing logic, and automation.
• Develop and maintain RCM dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports.
• Lead or support AI-assisted coding initiatives (White Plume) and related integrations.
