Duet is seeking an RCM Strategy & Operations Manager to empower Nurse Practitioners by overseeing billing and revenue operations. You will serve as a trusted partner, monitoring performance and resolving issues effectively, ensuring practices stay informed about revenue cycles.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in RCM consulting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position supports remote work across the United States or hybrid work in NYC, offering a salary between $110,000 and $140,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in RCM consulting or healthcare revenue roles.
• Fluency in revenue cycle: charge capture, claim submission, denial management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key health indicators and maintain accurate tracking of RCM status.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Communicate proactively with practices, translating billing data into updates.
• Provide guidance on payer requirements and billing best practices.
• Coordinate with billing partners and close the loop with practices.
