Pacific Northwest Fertility is seeking a full-time, hybrid remote Billing Manager to lead the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Billing Team. The role reports to the Practice Administrator and Chief Revenue Cycle Officer and focuses on optimizing billing processes and maximizing collections in a compliant environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in healthcare billing, 3+ years leading an RCM team, and strong Excel/EMR/PM system knowledge. Fertility experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle environment.
• 3+ years leading or supervising an RCM or Billing Team.
• Experience in women’s health or fertility services preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and payer requirements.
• Experience with third-party payers and insurance billing regulations.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR/PM systems.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the billing department and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and professional development for billing staff.
• Escalate complex billing issues as primary point of escalation.
• Oversee full billing lifecycle: claims submission, statements, posting, collections.
• Monitor patient balances and accelerate collections; reduce AR.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements; audits and data accuracy.
• Oversee EMR and Practice Management integration; suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance for reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Generate billing reports and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
