Job summary

Duet is seeking an RCM Strategy & Operations Manager to ensure the financial health of Nurse Practitioner practices. In this role, you will monitor billing performance, resolve issues, and communicate with practices regarding their revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience and a strong command of revenue cycle management. This position offers a remote or hybrid work option within the U.S., with a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 base salary plus equity.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in RCM consulting or healthcare revenue roles.
• Deep understanding of revenue cycle management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key health indicators and maintain RCM status accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues through the claim lifecycle.
• Communicate with practices to translate complex billing data.
• Provide guidance on payer requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate with billing partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and playbook development.
