You will lead RCM-focused demos for small to mid-market practices and map workflows during live discovery to align customer needs with Elation's billing and practice management capabilities. You'll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product to bridge pain points and opportunities, evangelize our solutions internally, and help prospects understand how

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management consulting, medical billing, or general RCM.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end billing workflows across diverse primary care and specialty settings.
• Excited about AI opportunities in billing workflows.
• Prior pre-sales or solutions consulting experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM-focused demos for small to mid-market prospects (3-10+ providers).
• Conduct live discovery with practice staff and billing teams to map workflows and pain points.
• Serve as the RCM SME for existing customers to improve operations.
• Understand customers' cash flow and how Elation's billing/RCM product improves outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to stay current and identify opportunities.
